Marek already has a top set of molars, but that didn't seem to make the bottom set coming in any easier. Double Baby Tylenol and the poor guy still couldn't sleep. He just kept signing over and over "Help" and crying "Mama". Even at the park he was miserable, and outside distractions always work. Our poor little guy.
